Bob - Managing Director/Trainer
Having established the company in 1998, Bob brings a wealth of experience from his previous careers in the police service and in construction. He has an in-depth knowledge of first aid and also delivers our specialist Health and Safety courses.
Hilary - Finance Director/Trainer
Attention to detail is a priority for Hilary as she oversees our finances. She also has many years of experience as a food safety and first aid trainer.
Sarah - Admin Director/Trainer
Sarah looks after the day-to-day operations of our admin offices. She is also a qualified food safety and first aid trainer.
Ruth - Administrator
As the Office Administrator, Ruth is a key member of the team and looks after our training bookings. She has a passion for customer care and is the cheery voice on the phone.
Nick - Training Director
Nick is the Training Director; monitoring, delivering and developing the courses to make sure we’re always delivering the right information in the right way. He also provides H&S advice to our customers.
Stuart - Comms Director/Trainer
Stuart looks after our communications, marketing and websites. He also delivers training; specialising in food safety and nutrition.
