A common sense approach to health and safety ensures that employees can work in a safe and enjoyable environment. All too often, health and safety is used as an excuse not to do something when, in reality, a safe workplace enables you to do more. Training should be tailored to your particular type of work, whilst covering essential subjects to enable you to carry out your role effectively. If there are specific types of hazards that you would like to cover on your training course, don’t forget to mention these when booking your course.
