We can order a new certificate for you. Please fill out our Replacement certificate form and we'll do the rest. There is a fee to replace a certificate (between £10 +VAT and £25 +VAT).
Naturally, if we have made a mistake on your certificate, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
For the majority of short-courses, certificates are issued to the person who booked the training within 4 weeks, often much sooner. Please allow up to 6 weeks before contacting us. Note that some longer courses, or those with assignments, may take a few months to be assessed and certificated.
If you urgently need evidence of attendance, we may be able to help by sending you an email confirming attendance.
We will be able to confirm this when you contact us. An accredited training course is one that meets the minimum standards of, and is certificated by, an external Awarding Organisation. The qualification will have a credit value that places it on the Regulated Qualification Framework.
In addition, the identity of the learner is verified at the time of assessment, by providing an acceptable form of ID to the training provider.
The first thing to do is check your certificate. Some qualifications, particularly first aid, have a 3-year expiry. If there is no expiry date shown, this generally means that the certificate does not expire. However, it is good practice to update your knowledge and skills on a regular basis, to ensure you maintain competence. If there are major changes in your sector, e.g. legal changes, research updates, then you should look to re-train as soon as possible.
If you have any concerns about the assessment on your training course, talk to us in confidence. We have a Reasonable Adjustments policy which sets out how we may be able to help. Find it in the 'Downloads' section at the bottom of this page, or contact us for a copy in a different format.
Talk to us first.
For most courses, there will be another opportunity to re-sit or attend another course. However, we would like to hear from you first to check whether you need additional support or if there are grounds to appeal.
We're here to help.
We can accept the following payment methods,
Debit or Credit Card (in person or by phone), Bank transfer, PayPal, Cheque or Cash. Payment is usually made before the training takes place. Certificates are not usually released until payment is received.
Sometimes things crop up and you need to cancel or postpone a course. We need 5 working days' notice to cancel a course, or the full fee is still payable. Please see our Terms of Business page for more details.
We ask for evaluation forms to be completed after every training course. However, sometimes you may wish to speak to someone directly, in confidence. Whether it is good feedback or a complaint, we want to hear from you. Please contact us and direct your feedback to the Communications Director.
